This Ortega–Bacchus blend works best with dishes that highlight fruit, gentle creaminess, or aromatic herbs. Avoid very acidic sauces, strong chilli heat, or heavily smoked foods, as these can overpower the wine’s softer acidity and delicate fruit profile.
