This style of sparkling rosé pairs best with fresh, lightly savoury, creamy, and red-fruit-accented dishes. Avoid heavy, overly rich, or strongly spiced foods, which can overwhelm the wine’s delicate balance of fruit, floral notes, and subtle brioche character.
